After lunch in Port Louis, we again risked a local bus to take us to the Pampelmousses Botanical Garden, or to give it its full name, the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanic Garden (try saying that after a few drinks). Unfortunately, this particular route was covered by several different bus companies, which meant that each driver would race the other busses to the next bus stop in order to gain custom. Busses racing and passing each other through narrow village street was quite a hair-raising experience.
